These terms govern your use of the Next Lean website (nextlean.co) and any services provided by Next Lean (operated by Sam Ganguly — “Next Lean,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

The website & free materials

Our website, the Field Guide, and other free materials are provided for general information. They’re offered “as is,” without warranties, and don’t constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Results described are illustrative and not a guarantee of outcomes for your business.

Services

  • The specific scope, price, and timeline of any build are agreed in a written project agreement before work begins. These terms don’t replace that agreement.
  • Any guarantee (e.g., “live in 30 days”) applies only as written in your project agreement and is conditional on you completing onboarding and providing the access and information needed.
  • You stay in control: where set up to do so, the service surfaces and drafts actions for your approval. You’re responsible for reviewing and approving anything that affects your clients, money, or records.

Your data & ownership

You own your data and the configuration of any worker we build for you, and you can export it at any time. We handle your information per our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you connect, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

Payment

Fees, billing schedule, and any deposit are set out in your project agreement. Recurring runtime/management fees continue until cancelled per that agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Next Lean isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
